Had to deal with this,"service",for a period of time,due to a simple end user customer related issue with my personal account.The issue was never resolved,and I eventually severed ties with the company,(Lumosity),using this "service",due to this disconnect with zendesk.The kids,("kids",because that's their conduct in dealing with customers.Pithy,sophomoric,and self centered.),were so clearly unwilling to do anything but pose for each other,sending pithy responses to my queries they probably shared around the break table,rather than deal with a simple subscription issue,pretty much blaming me for their inability to,at first,comprehend the issue,and,ultimately,resolve it,finally got their way,and i gave up dealing with them,and just cancled my subscription to Lumosity,rather than deal with this subcontractor.Lumosity is a fantastic service,by the way.To bad they linked their star to these brats.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of zendesk customer care. Zendesk needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
